Did this come from your google home page?
It almost sounds like the idea that if you want to make a man (or a woman) responsbible then you give them responsibility and they will grow into into it (hopefully).

No it did not come from my google homepage. I don’t do that like some people. And I didn’t see the word “responsibility” mentioned once. I think it means simply that you view and treat people through the lens of hope. If you constantly treat someone as though they will never change, you are wighing them down to never change. If you encourage people and uplift then there is a chance they will seek to grow into the standard you see.
